    Anti-harmonic intelligent capacitor OVE800R


    Intelligent capacitor R type is based on △ type or Y type low-voltage power capacitor as the main body, using microelectronics

     hardware and software technology, micro sensor technology, micro network technology and electrical manufacturing 

    technology and other latest technological achievements, to achieve intelligent low-voltage reactive power compensation 

    function, can easily achieve zero switching, protection, measurement, signal indication, online and other functions. It is a 

    major breakthrough of low voltage reactive power automatic compensation filtering technology. The product is mainly used 

    in harmonic cases of reactive power compensation, can operate reliably, does not produce resonance, no amplification of 

    harmonics, and to a certain extent has the function of absorbing and eliminating harmonics. Among them, the products 

    connected with 7% reactors are used in electrical environments with 5 or more main harmonics, and the products connected 

    with 14% reactors are used in electrical environments with 3 main harmonics.




    Main function


    1, anti-harmonic filtering function:


    ◆ Effective suppression of harmonics and inrush current, forming a low impedance path to harmonics. Prevent capacitor 

    overload, aging of insulating media, self-healing performance decline, and service life reduction.


    ◆ The electronic zero crossing switch can be accurately put in when the voltage is zero, the current is zero, and the inrush 

    current is small.


    ◆ Distribution voltage, current, reactive power, power factor measurement; CT phase and ratio automatic measurement and 

    correction.


    ◆ Measurement of internal current and internal temperature of each capacitor.


    2. Signal function


    Capacitor switching state, over and under state, over and under voltage state signal; Protection action type, self-diagnosis 

    fault type signal.


    3. Communication function


    ◆ CAN communication connection is adopted between capacitor and controller, which is easy to upload large amount of 

    sampled data and monitor with peripheral devices.


    ◆ The terminal can exchange information to facilitate system integration.


    4, online function


    With a number of anti-harmonic reactive power compensator communication functions.


    5. Intelligent networking


    It can automatically detect and track the reactive power change of the system, and automatically switch the capacitor bank. 

    Capacitors with the same capacity are switched on according to the principle of cycle switching, and capacitors with different 

    capacities are switched on according to the principle of suitable complement. Capacitor first return, first return first investment;

     The capacitor with low operating temperature is cast first, and the capacitor with high operating temperature is withdrawn 

    first.


    6, fault self-diagnosis function


    The capacitor intelligent control element can self-diagnose the operating parameters of the body. Once the self-test fault 

    occurs, the whole machine responds quickly and exits the operation.

    Conventional intelligent capacitor OVE800C is a new generation of intelligent power reactive compensation device applied to 

    0.4KV low voltage power grid, which is based on two groups (△ type) or a group (Y type) low voltage power capacitor as the 

    main body. The reactive power compensation device adopts the latest technological achievements such as microelectronic 

    hardware and software technology, micro sensing technology, micro network technology and electrical appliance manufacturing

     technology.


    OVE800C ordinary intelligent capacitor, easy to use, with zero switching, AC parameter measurement, self-protection, AD hoc 

    network online and other functions, can be flexibly used in various occasions of low voltage reactive power compensation, 

    with simple structure, convenient production, cost reduction, performance improvement, easy maintenance and many other 

    advantages.




    Technical characteristics


    1, switch switch electrical voltage resistance, strong resistance to current impact


    The switchgear that runs the low-voltage power capacitor uses the electronic switchgear, and its voltage shock resistance is 

    greater than the AC voltage 3500V (DC voltage 5000V), the current shock resistance is more than 100 times the rated current, 

    and the switchgear rating is more than 1 million times. In today's complex and changeable electrical network environment, 

    electromagnetic zero-crossing switching equipment has excellent reliability.


    2, switching switch electrical zero switching performance is excellent


    The switchgear in the smart capacitor has a special electronic zero-crossing switchgear technology, and the switchgear offset 

    is less than 2.5° and the switchgear inrush current is less than 2.5 times the rated current, which effectively protects the 

    low-voltage power capacitor from inrush current impact, no cutting overvoltage, and no arc phenomenon during the 

    switchgear process.


    3. Protection function


    Smart capacitors have functions such as over current, under current, loss protection, short circuit protection, over current and 

    over temperature protection, which effectively ensure the safety of smart capacitors and extend the service life of equipment.


    4. Intelligent networking


    Intelligent capacitors use intelligent network technology to build CAN communication network to connect with each other or 

    external devices to meet the needs of the system.


    5, high-quality low-voltage power capacitor components


    Low-voltage power capacitor components using edge thickened zinc-aluminum composite coating process, has good 

    conductivity and stability, not easy oxidation, improve self-healing performance, low capacity attenuation, enhance the ability 

    to resist inrush current, working heat is small and uniform, greatly improve the capacity stability of low-voltage power 

    capacitor.


    6. Good man-machine connection


    Intelligent capacitors use digital tube display, LED lights and buttons for man-machine contact, clarity is not affected by the 

    environment. The digital tube display displays real-time working condition data, the concept is clear, the display value is clear,

     and different LED lights indicate three states of operation fault, operation excision, and operation input respectively.
